Create an at-home spa



There are many ways to treat stress, but tonight your goal is to simply find 20 minutes for a nice hot bath.
Put yourself first. Even if it's the last thing you do, or in between cooking dinner and making tomorrow's lunch, turn off the TV, silence your phone's ringer, and limit as many distractions as possible.
First things first: Run the hot water, add some scented bubble bath, if you have it, and light candles so you can turn off the lights. Once you get in the hot water, allow your eyes to close and focus on things that make you smile -- fun weekend plans, a funny conversation with a friend.
